Definition of “Quality” in Testel Systems

Quality Goal
We are proud to present our Quality Assurance Department (QA) and Quality Control Process (QC) in our establish Organization. Testel Systems is progressively moving towards her designated goal in obtaining “Excellence Quality” in every aspect of the region. Our goal will be fulfill by March 2005, after our ISO 9001 Certification.

Attaining of Quality Goal needs a Authoritative Quality Structure
We integrate both QA and QC as one function in Testel Systems. Products, Processes and Services provided by Testel Systems are “Quality Certified”.

Our Quality Structure
We strongly believe that building of Quality Product need to start from the very scratch of every process and that’s the reason we revamp our previous system to arrive at our present tailored Quality System. Our current system will ensure that “Quality” is being achieved at the relevant function before proceeding to the next level.

Our Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Team are adopting MIL-STD standard for draw lots sampling. Every verification report is being documented and recorded. Our IQC team is our frontier party, upholding their task, in segregating defective incoming materials upon receiving. We are eliminating “Garbage In Garbage Out” system by setting our gateway at the very initial stage.
Gate Control: Success
Quality Assurance Engineer had developed a series of standard checklist for different type of product built. These checklists will flow with the product to different functions of the manufacturing process. Every Process owners will be the individual stage Quality controller to verify on the product built, for its compliances level with reference to the requirements indicated on the checklist. Products that fall in the “Pass” some will pass down to the next Internal Customer.
Gate Control: Success
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) Team will perform a final verification on the completed product built by manufacturing process. Product's Compliances level will be measure with reference to designated Checklist or Customers' specification if applicable. All documents will be file and recorded under QC section.

We will not put to a stop after shipment of our product. Quality Assurance (QA) Team will be liaising with field application engineer to determine the status of our product at customers' premises, we will ensure our product's functionality before we make a final closure. Our Centralize Enquiries Channel head by our QA Team addresses all feedbacks. Feedback categories may range from Customers' Complaints or Customers' enquiries. We address each and every feedback seriously as we believe each feedback is a step for us to closer attain.
