| Testel Systems
has manufactured, drilled, wired and performed QC procedures
on more than 10,000 test fixtures for the ATE industry during
the last 18 years. With 18 years of fixture built
experiences and various feedbacks from our valuable customer
toward our processes and quality of our fixture. Testel had
taken those messages seriously and continuously improve and
modify on existing processes to meet the customers' requirement.
We also had replaced some of the traditional manual process
into computerize process to shorten the generation of fabrication
documentation.
Beside the computerize processes, Testel also
invested on the Stress Simulation tools and strain gauge measurement
equipment, which cost us of a lot of money. With these equipments,
we are able to analyze the stress level in the board before
building the fixture. It also able to do the strain measurement
on each corner of the BGA chip to ensure the stress acting
on the chip is within the customer specification.
In year 2000, Testel had taken the initial
move to setup an ICT development team by employing two programmers
and invested a GR 2283 machine. And we expand our ICT development
team gradually from two programmers to the present five programmers.
Beside the headcount increase, we also had invested a few
hundred thousand of US dollar in upgrading my GR2283 into
a Gr2284 system and buying two Agilent 3070 systems, with
the configuration of two modules and four modules.
